This is a safe and easy place to do a night scuba dive. This is a marine park and is protected by rangers onsite. We spent one hour under water, max depth 25 feet. We saw moray eels, lobsters, crabs, octopus, stingrays, spotted eagle rays,...More

We did a snorkeling excursion to hol chan marine. It was a morning event and was incredibly busy. Almost not enjoyable because you have to stay with your guide and navigate through throngs of people. I liked Mexico Rocks much better.

Awesome..great reserve with an abundance of fish. Seen everything from fish to stingrays. And a great place to view the bottom of the ocean.

Crystal clear water, so much too see below surface, can’t possibly name all. Did swim with a hawksbill turtle, close enough to touch but didn’t. Pro Diver guides - thank you Rene!

Hol Chan is exactly what you want snorkling/scuba to be- tons of coral and tropical fish, eels, turtles, and nurse sharks. I'm glad Belize has protected this area, we hope to be back one day!

Haven't been to many snorkeling places but this one was not impressive. Overcrowded and when we were there, we did not see much.

Maximum depth is about 15 feet, not worth Scuba diving. you can see everything snorkeling.

Just got back and there were definitely mosquitoes there, however, not like we see in Canada in the summer. They're there but not a constant issue - some light bugspray as required will do the trick. Also, the breeze keeps... More

We only did a night dive there, but i think it would be an excellent choice for snorkeling. Not too deep. Contact Steve or Gil over at Neptune's Cove...they will take care of you.
