Take your time and your camera. You will not see it all in 1 trip. The best no cost nature drive in Central Florida. Need at least 2 trips to see all trails. Take your time and enjoy Nature

My husband, my son and I hired cycles and cycled for 10 miles out and back along this trail, heading through Winter Garden on the way. It’s a flat, very safe route. Winter Garden is a pretty town which has been well maintained and is...More

Enough said? Rails to Trails. Mostly wooded and away from roads. No major road crossings. Trail goes right down the street median of Winter Garden where there are bike shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a Farmer's Market on Saturday. What's not to like?

We took the trail from Killarney Station to Winter Garden Station (a round trip of about 10 miles) and were suitably impressed. We hired bikes at Killarney Station which was easy to do and reasonably priced, something I would definitely recommend doing if you're visiting...More

Lot's to see and explore - zebra, peacocks and bald eagles nest! Crowded on a Saturday afternoon, and farmer market is close by. Best to get there early and ride from Winter Garden towards Apopka.

You will cross several busy streets of starting at Apopka station. At several points in South Apopka you will see signs to beware of dogs that are not fenced in. When nearing the water treatment plant it will smell terrible. Areas of the neighborhood are...More

This is a very well maintained bicycle trail. Actually it is a multi use trail. You will see people hiking running and biking this trail. Some areas are shady and wooded other areas go past residential neighborhoods. Nice destination on the trail is the town...More

I adore the West Orange Trail. If you start at Killarney Station you have the option to rent road bikes or cruisers as well as grab some bottled water. My fiancé and I always take visiting guests as a fun brunch activity. From Killarney Station...More

The actual trail end in Apopka is at the intersection of Rock Springs Road and Welch Road. But Apopka Station (111 S Forest AV Apopka, FL 32703) is probably a better start point to reference. It's equipped with parking... More
