I love the Vintage Theater! It is a great small local theater that has a larger theater space as well as a smaller black box theater. We went to see a matinee of a production in the smaller theater this visit and really enjoyed the intimacy of the space. The crew did a fantastic job of creating the set and... More

Tremendous performance by 2 fine local actors. This play takes place in a remote cabin (a remodeled barn, actually) in Alaska. It involves an unusual convergence of two wounded souls -- full of revelatory and painful self-discovery. Some of the best acting I've seen in Denver. It runs for 3 more weekends.

I had completely forgotten that I had been to this theater until I saw it displayed on the "have you been here" page. I have. It's been about a year ago but it's a charming little theater and the play I saw had some very good acting. It's not Broadway, but thoroughly enjoyable (think small town) and tickets are quite... Theater is quaint and small. But needs some funds for a rehab. It's in rough shape in some parts. Theater volunteers and staff very friendly and welcoming. Talent for the plays were top notch. Surprised some weren't in bigger venues. Due to the talent we will be back when a performance that hits our radar is on again.

When to see Beauty and the Beast. It was an amazing performance. The talent was extraordinary. We are from Santa Barbara and were in town for a long weekend and this was a highlight of our weekend. Thinking of coming back to Denver area to see one of their future performances.

Spouse and I had season tickets to this local theatre this year and the plays we saw were all great (we didn't go to all of them as a few were not to our taste). There is a sizable venue and an intimate venue, both of which the stage designers use to good effect. The acting is professional and the... More

I was looking for something special to do while I was in the Denver area, and found the Vintage Theater, through Trip Advisor! I booked three tickets on line, to see Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory! The show was wonderful. Just amazing show. This weekend and next weekend will be the last performances. The Vintage Theater was so clean,... More

We saw Big Bang and found it comparable in quality to first class musical comedies we had seen many years earlier at Northlight (the Evanston years) and Steppenwolf (the early years). We have become regulars and, while we prefer serious theater, we enjoy and appreciate every single performance we attend. Bravo!

We are live performance junkies and spend much of the "season" attending theater and concerts. We've found the best to be the small, intimate places instead of the big productions. Despite it's size and location, Vintage has some if the most consistently interesting and well done productions. Denver's local talent is remarkable and experiencing great theater in an intimate venue... More

Attended evening show here recently. The area around the theater is run down and I would not suggest strolling around at night. There is free parking, but again, do not leave anything that looks valuable in your car. The inside of the little theater is cute, There is a little bar, but folks set up their laptops on the bar,...
