Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Noma, there is not around this area in the way of conveniences for business travelers, but Yoga Noma was the best part of my 2 week stay. This studio is literally across the street from the hotel, offers flexible class packages and has mats and props. This is a sweet, intimate studio. If you're staying in the neighborhood and want to start or keep your yoga practice going while visiting - this is a wonderful studio. Very low key, great instructors working to bring mind and body together on the mat. A variety of classes are available from 6:30am to 8pm daily. Easy online registration and payment as well as opportunity to drop in (based on space availability). Mats are available for rent and props are free. Take some stress off your trip and enjoy some great yoga. Tip on getting there. The studio is through the lobby, left of security desk through double doors - follow the foot prints. If it is before or after hours or weekend - knock on the glass window and the security guard will let you in. Classes are usually 75 minutes. Lunch time is 60 minutes. Namaste…
