David, as a guide, and the Dupont Circle tour are highly recommended. Wonderful tour, with loads of cultural, political, and architectural history of the area. Just delightful!More

"Just delightful" is certainly how everyone at Washington Walks would describe our guide David and his walk of the beautiful Dupont Circle neighborhood. (He's just as delightful when leading walking tours of "Abraham Lincoln's Washington" and the Capitol Hill neighborhood.) Appreciate you attending the tour!...More

Our tour guide, David, did an excellent job of explaining the history and architecture of the neighborhood. We had a very enjoyable time and learned a lot. He kept it informal and allowed us to participate in the discussion. Just the right balance.More

Sometimes our walks draw a large group of participants; other times the group is smaller, as was the case on the walking tour your attended. Glad you were able to enjoy the interplay between guide and walkers that can occur when group size is small....More

We took the Embassy Row walking tour offered by Washington Walks. We enjoyed it tremendously. Our guide, Meg, was welcoming, organized, knowledgeable, and clearly in love with the city and its history. I appreciated the fact that, although it was a very sunny day, each...More

Garrett Peck is the best! Although not one of our regular guides, we always manage to lure him to Washington Walks to lead a walk (or two, if we're lucky) each season. His tour of the Seneca Quarry, located just outside D.C. in Maryland, is...More

Our two hour walk was an eyeopener. Mind you, we've lived in Washington for 33 years, but we didn't know too much about Franklin Square, Thomas Circle or Logan Circle, all featured on this tour. From the monuments to the churches to the mansions to...More

Glad to hear you feel Logan Circle merits a repeat visit. Agree! Following the signs along the self-guided "A Fitting Tribute: Logan Circle Heritage Trail" would be the perfect follow-up to our walking tour. Thank you very much for attending! -Carolyn Crouch, Founder, Washington Walks
