I stumbled across this place on groupon and am so excited that I did! I began on Tuesday and have been attending everyday! I have had three instructors thus far, my first instructor was David G. He has been very instrumental and influential in what I have learned. He has corrected me on my form and provided me with a ton of support. He has a great pace. I also had Allison K and she too has a great tempo and energy. She also has a nice sense of humor. Most recently, I had LaShone W and I truly appreciated her! Her yoga has a different flare. One, her class had music. Then he sets, pace, target areas- were pleasantly different from the other classes that I had participated in. I loved it so much! I love how much I sweat, make sure you come here ready to be drencheddd. The studio is a perfect size. The locker room is pretty small. They especially good at monitoring your form and have encouraged me to challenge myself. Since joining this studio, I have felt a significant increase in my mental and physical strength.…

The studio was clean and the facilities seemed updated. It is kind of small and can be very crowded, but the classes have always been great!

I have been to 2 Bikram places in DC....Dupont and this one Capital Hill. I like Capital Hill better. Parking is easy at the times I have gone. Bikram places smell terrible, there is no nicer way to put it, absolutely disgusting, but this one, although still very disgusting, is less disgusting than Dupont. The instructors are good, and the changing facility is clean. Prices are kind of high as are a Bikram places, I guess maybe it costs alot to use al that heat?…
