By going late in the afternoon I had less traffic than I would have had in the morning. Beware of the Harley Davidson slow race plugging up all lanes. You will follow them.

The Beartooth Pass rises to nearly 11000 feet at the summit of Route 212 between South Central Montana and NW Wyoming. There are several scenic viewpoints provided to enable visitors to check out the glorious scenery in safety.

You should be fine as there were a number of rvs during our trip. Slow is the answer. A number of the hairpin corners have extra turn space' of course some don't.
