Our full day adventure was great !! Bianca Ranson is a lovely local tour guide who runs this company and loves her culture and home very much. When she knew we are muslims and require to have HALAL lunch, she took us to a cafe with beautiful sea view and amazing seafood platter. She also took us for Olive tasting... More

We loved touring with Bianca because it felt like we were touring with family. We're from Hawaii, and loved meeting the people she took us to. We met a stone carver artist at Paora Gallery and Chris Bailey, a wood carver, who shared so much about Maori culture. Bianca is so passionate and knowledgable about her culture; her pride is... Bianca is a true local Waiheke Islander who loves her home. We were able to book a half day tour with her at the last minute and were very grateful for her flexibility. This is a tour from a Maori perspective and Bianca's enthusiasm for her island and its people was infectious. Truly enjoyable (and the wine tasting at Cable Bay... More

I had a full-day tour with Potiki Adventures, which I highly recommend. Bianca Ranson, who is half-Maori, runs this company and is a wealth of knowledge about the island and Maori culture (check out her TED-x talk!). She took me to a great wine tasting at Cable Bay Vineyards, but I wanted to focus on nature and culture. She tailored... More

We booked this day trip from Auckland in advance, on the basis of a recommendation in the Lonely Planet guide. We usually prefer to 'do our own thing' and so we avoid organised tours but we must say from the outset that this was a most enjoyable experience. We bought our ferry tickets at the quay in Auckland and enjoyed... More

We met Biana on probably the worst, rainy stormy day in history. She was the best! Gave us a personally guided tour of the island, taught us about Maori language, culture and showed us her stunning island. She will customize your day depending on what you need. She will even find you the best cup of coffee on the island.... More

Traveling with another couple we spent a wonderful day on Waiheke Island. Bianca, owner of Potiki Adventures, greeted us as we came off the ferry from Auckland. With pride and vast knowledge of her Maori heritage she showed us every inch and then some of her island. Although the day was overcast we were still able to capture the beauty... More

There is only one way to see Waiheke Island, the vineyard-loaded, bohemian outpost a 35 minute ferry ride from Auckland. Bianca, the owner of Potiki Adventures met us, and off we went on a magical tour of the Island. Bianca has lived on the island for more than 30 years and knows everyone and loves every blade of grass there... More

I loved everything about this tour of Waiheke. The island's beauty itself was well complemented by our excellent tour guide Bianca, who made sure that we saw every part of the island, including the hidden gems not many people know about. As well as being culturally insightful and providing fascinating information on the island's many areas and history, she was... More
