They are not many ferry terminal areas that are so very pretty. Lovely views of the sound and pretty quayside walks.

We fell in love with Picton. It is small but has a bit of everything, not least incredible views and scenery. Do stay for a few days - there is more to it than a ferry port!

Hi I am cruising into Picton on 2 March (dock 12 midday) with my 90 year old mother who is quite able. I am looking for a driving tour to a couple of wineries and scenery just a few hours. Any suggestions please? suzanne Winser
