Just a bit of a warning really. To go to the top for a family of 4 cost over €200. You have to have a gopass first card which costs extra. Which you have to pick up separately. Then go somewhere else to buy the actual tickets. Even in peak season the ticket/information booths are not fully staffed. And the staff seem a bit unsure what's going on.

Customers are not valued, the point is only to extract as much for one visit as possible. Only one track actually suitable for skiing (lomnické sedlo), everything else is not worth it after 10:00. Pricing for skipasses, food and other services as high or even higher than in much better ski resorts (in Austria). It is a shame because this ski resort is located next to very beautiful mountains and the views from while skiing and cableway are magnificent. In Slovakia the hoteliers and tourist organisations will always whine about people not wanting to come for tourism here but they never actually use the potential of this beautiful country and focus on one-time extraction of money from the so called “customer”. Customer lifetime value is an unknown concept, especially for Tatry Mountains Resorts group.
