Gorgeous castle

I totally recommend to visit this gorgeous castle. We chose the full tour -Huniadi and Palfy. We took the tour without a guide, but we received a brochure with detailed information about each room that we visited. We spent aprox 2h visiting the castle and the kids were not bored, they really enjoyed the visit.

It's amazing! On first Sunday was free entrance without guide, but there is online guide with QR codes.

This is must to see in the region, walking 🚶‍♀️ or having tour inside. Castle 🏰, park around, many places to eat. Enjoy ☺️ perfect part of history

Very easy to find.
Parking is 100m from the caste and costs 7 EUR for the whole day.
The castle is in very good condition and renovated. You can take self guided tour or guided tour. Price is 11 EUR per person for the Castle and 11 EUR for the Gallery and combined 15 EUR per person.
Description is in Slovak, they need to put in couple more languages or just English,
You have a lot to explore both outside and inside, including the garden and cave.
We recommend the Bojnice Castle.

Just beautiful

This is just amazing , like from a Disney fairytale the castle overlooks the town of Bojnice and Prievidza , close is zoo , spa , outdoors swimming pool and much more , highly recommended

Beware of extremely rude staff..

Lovely from the outside, don’t bother going inside especially if you are not native Slovak, also beware of extremely, extremely rude staff. No organisation regarding tours or purchasing tickets... no signs, oh and you can’t go in self guided my partner and I learned that the hard way including another international couple who was visiting at the same time as us, in which we were verbally screamed at by ‘the manager?’ Utterly disgraceful, save your time and money.

Beautiful castle

It was such a pleasure to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful castle during Christmas time. Each room was beautifully adorned with Christmas trees and decorations, creating a fairytale atmosphere. The only thing that I would kindly like suggest is to provide audioguides.
