The gallery was well displayed and organised. Not many of the great painters and paintings. Porcelain in European gallery and artefacts in Asian gallery were interesting and worth a visit.

Enjoyed an excellent exhib on Russian 19th century art. There was also the general exhibits - oriental art and ceramics. Still very soviet in administration - dour faces and stamping our tickets as we arrived in each new area. Could not go back into that...More

Spacious galleries with interesting collections from various parts of the world. The internal architecture is beautiful especially the old ballroom. All the old stoves are in place.
