Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's a great place for everyone to spend the afternoon. Vast selection of shops with good prices and places where you can eat and chill. It's easily accessible and there is free public transport. You can take the bus from the Kaubamaja bus stop for example and it stops right in front of the shopping centre.

Went to spend an afternoon with shopping in mind: the halls are half empty and in the middle of the mall you can see people having their skating practise on an ice ring (!). Nice shops with nice deal - sure - but the best part was the cozy moment in an apollo bookstore on the upper floor with a cafe in it. A getaway for a couple. :)
Once you have seen one, you have seen them all. However if you are in Tartu, perhaps a visit is in order.

This is not necessarily the most famous tourist attraction but perhaps an option to see the everyday life of smallish Estonian town. A lot of free parking. Few large food supermarkets (Rimi is the best). A lot of things to buy if you need something. Main average chains of clothing available. Ice-skating rink in the middle and climbing option above it - suitable for kids and adults who can do it. Few places to eat including some fast food stuff but nothing really tasty - hope this will improve in the future. 1-2 hours to see the most. Free public transport (10-15 minutes) or drive from the downtown Tartu if you wish.

This shopping center is the largest in Tartu. It takes about 15 minutes bus drive from city center and bus stops are near bus station and in front of Kaubamaja. After Kaubamaja the bus drives directly to Lounakeskus (Lounakeskus Express).
Exceptional inside this shopping center is a skating rink (really big) and I noticed plenty of things taking into account small children. (See my photos).
Nice and affordable cafe is Internet Cafe in 2nd floor. Piece of chocolate cake and black coffee was about 3 EUR together.
Plenty of all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants. Personally I don´t like this size of large shopping centers.

Everything you possibly could look for is there or nearby. Probably one of the biggest shopping centre in Tartu. Also, you should try freshly opened restaurant MELU.
