About
Oma Asi means “My Things” and the concept is to bring quality yet affordable “different” things to the High Street. The trend is away from large brands and mass-produced products towards more independent and socially responsible designers. As a design / concept / lifestyle store, Oma Asi can select its favourite items from a wide range of genre, be it jewellery, fashion, home décor or personal accessories. This makes for a well selected collection of vibrant and cool quality items in the medium price bracket. Oma Asi “d_sign” represents a more “Nordic” design style with a wider range of international design as well as many of the best local designers. This has made Oma Asi d_sign on Viru Street very popular with those looking for a more independent choice of lifestyle products and design. Here the owners have brought together over 30 of their favourite European designers as well at least 40 local designers.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great variety of interesting stuff from accessories to ceramics. If you are sick of standard souvenirs come here. It is located right near Viru gates. However be aware half of the things are produced not by Estonian designers, here you can find different things from all over the world designers.

Really lovely gift shop for unique presents. Lovely jewellery made by local people. A little expensive but beautifully made unique pieces.

This small shop has a great variety of different types of items and not just the standard set of souvenirs you can find in every other shop in the city. We enjoyed browsing and bought a few things.

Some products are Estonian in the two shops in Old Town for example the small leather wallets. The colourful insects and masks come in a practical box to be constructed at home. Different kinds of small jewellery is also sold like rings and ear-rings.

If you want to stand out in the crowd - this is the boutique for you! They have lovely earings, bow ties, mugs, and other amazing stuff. Also, the service was very welcoming and I strongly recommend the place. Bare in mind that the things might be little bit expensive but I guarantee you that they are worth it!

Have visited this small boutique many times and never left emptyhanded. Lots of recycle, hand made, artistic and somehow intelligent finds. Really fun to visit.

On my latest trip to Tallinn, I found this unique and cool shop. Actually I just suddenly ram in to that, because the shop locates in such a great spot. From Oma Asi Design, you can find several unique fitting art items, jewellery, bags and some clothes as well. Most of the items are made by local independent designers, and the shop owners are doing some items by them selves as well. I don't consider myself as a "hardcore" shopper, or not even as a shopper, but this time I made exception, because they just had so cool things on sale. I bought a nice and cute owl shirt for my 2years old goddaughter and few funny arcade pins and a super cool bag for myself. Even though this shop sells high quality design, they still have reasonable prices. This is The Shop where I will most definitely go again on my next trip to Tallinn.

I went to this place, having popped into their other shop just off the Town Hall Square. It's great for gift ideas, accessories, t-shirts, all with great design (mostly made by local designers and artists). Loved the crazy statue looming out at you when you step in. Friendly staff too.
