Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Bathroom costs 0.50€ but if you have a young child or you are handycaped you can enter for free if you find a magical (doorbell/switch) somewhere on the wall. Then a person behind a security camera will verify that you to have a child or a wheelchaire on youre person and let you enter
Then you find that the door to the nursing room has no handel , meybe there is a nother switch or a person inside who will open the door for youre knocking but sadley thet did not happen for us so we were left with the lobby witch for 0.50c was one of the nicest places i have changed her diaper if not for having to do it on the bench and all the people walking past ,no place to brest feed. Why make bathroom so difficult
Apparently since 2016 when googeld, still havend found solution put price has cone up 0.30c
Instead i recomend kaubamaja 4floor nursing room, no charge ,2 changing tabels ,2 sinks with extendable faucets ,microvave , a kettle, a bathroom for a parent, water dispenser for formula ,large counter top and 2 comfortable armchairs for breast feeding

This shopping center was conveniently located across the street from our Tallink City Hotel.

The legendary skyscraper hotel Viru from 1972 is directly connected to it. You don't even have to step outside if you are staying at this hotel.

You can find many shops, cafes, and restaurants from here. Under the mall is a bus station for the city buses.

Place looks luxurious, but in case you have urgent need to visit restroom - you are screwed, as those only accept 20-cents-coins. Money-changing machines are hard to find and these also need cash. So you need to go through ATM also, absolutely ridiculous.
When confronted management about it, they felt "insulted" and justified paid restroom system, as "otherwise dangerous or uncomfortable people will visit the places". Well most likely local drug addicts have better access to 20-cent-coins than foreign tourists.

Also said cashless entry is "in development". Must be taking 10+ years, as they moved to paid-system in 2009.

Has the most common brands covered, a large bookstore, decent grocery store. Estonian designers have a pop-up space in the second floor atrium.

Connected to the famous Viru hotel the shopping center stretches on several levels combined to Kaubamaja department store. The shops represent mainly global mid market brands, not too big in size so you don't get lost here. The Russian ecological cosmetics brand Natura Siberica has nicely packaged, reasonably priced products in their stylish outlet.

Too expensive, a walk through, trying to rip off the tourists place.
Trying too hard to be a trend setter.
If you're staying longer than 24 hours, avoid it. Try instead Ülemiste shopping center.
