Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

wonderful views from towers and a little knowledge about medieval times. If you have a few hours you will enjoy being here. You can see the city from all directions and take wonderful photos from the windows of the towers.

There were two different price 10€ for the four towers only and 14€ for a combination ticket - Four towers plus Bastion tunnels. We only pay for the towers and walkthrough the wall although it was pricey, it's worth the price.

It was a very interesting museum and its connected to the Kiek in de Kök Museum and Bastion Tunnels which takes you thru the history of the use of the tunnels, etc. Overall, worth a visit.

For a small charge we were able to climb the tower and walk along the town walls - a fun experience and worth doing.

We visited the cannon tower museum and paid to include the towers and underground passage.
Is well worth the €14 entrance fee. We spend nearly 3hours to walk through the underground passage which is at the start near the main tower entrance, then walk up to the main tower with interesting display on every levels and great view of the city.
Lovely way to spend a morning or afternoon here.
The lady at the main tower office was very helpful and took time out to show us the way and give us some detail/history of the museum. She was very friendly and give us some really knowledgeable information on Tallinn and the town.
Highly recommend.

For a small fee it is possible to climb to the tower and enjoy beautiful views over the roofs of Tallinn and walk on the city wall. I really relished and can recommend.

We enjoyed walking here, viewing the fortifications and sitting while soaking in the view. Fun to climb around and a lot of places to peek out at the scenery.

This is not the most interesting activity of them all while in Tallinn, as you won't learn much (no information panels) nor will you see great sights nor have great sightlines... but for 2 Euros, the mere fact you can actually walk on the fortifications in between three towers... and climb into said towers is not a rip off at all.

Part of the city wall defences. We walked from one end to the other to get the full flavour of the extent of the walls and towers at various locations along it.

Another piece of a viewing of the King’s Garden and the Town Hall. The tower offers some views of the town. It is another element in the pieces in and around Toompea Hill. The castle is also a piece of the area. All these attractions, churches, government structures and landmarks are intertwined in the history and mosaic of this ancient town. All are worth a visit and some are very special and deserve a “must see” status. Good photo opportunities too!
