Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Just outside of the old city wall in a beautiful park and garden is this combination of ancient stone walls and cutting edge ceramics. I stumbled across it by accident, but will definitely return when I am next in Tallinn.

This was one of my favourite places in Tallinn. Located in one of the towers along the wonderful wall, its quirky, full of amazing ceramic creations that make you stare, wonder, puzzle and buy:-) The location itself is worth a visit. I was lucky enough to get to see the workshop upstairs and the view from the tower. The ceramicist was very friendly and was busy with her clay while we talked. Wonderful!
