    Fantastic museum and restaurant combo.
Fantastic museum and restaurant. We took our time viewing the exhibitions and later went for dinner in the rooftop restaurant. Fantastic and modern menu. Might not be for everyone but when you like it you’ll like it a lot. Great views as well and beautiful sunset.

    Beyond the Ordinary
Fotografiska has 2 floors for exhibitions; we saw 3 different approaches to photography of which 1 was fascinating, 1 thought-provoking and 1 not really for me. Looking at their material they clearly go for shows that push the boundaries a bit, which I like. The café had a good range of slightly unusual drinks and snacks. It also seemed, to be honest, to have too many staff with insufficient interest in serving customers. 5 staff dealing with 3 customers in over 5 minutes is not a great track record. The bookshop is also worth a browse. The surrounding area has a range of hip cafés etc as well.

Please divide Fotografiska Restaurant from Gallery. It is a mess on Tripadvisor
Well, you should divide Fotografiska Gallery from Fotografiska Restoran. Restaurant on the top floor is very high level restaurant with superb interiors, stunning terrace and very efficient service. It is classy and stylish, there is an area for the loung and another for the pure restaurant. What about food? Everyday they have a special menù of the day, so not a la carte. 2 times on 3 I hate a delicious menu, last time duck wasn't so special but this is because I am not a superlover of duck meat but atmosphere, service, wine was EXCELLENT

    Unique art museum
Fotigrafiska bills itself as a contemporary museum of photography, art, and culture and is located in the Telliskivi Creative Town in Tallinn. There were two main exhibits at the time I went: one by Victor Diop, and the other by Miles Aldrige. I thought the photography was great and unlike that I have seen elsewhere. The museum is well worth a visit.

The museum is ok and interesting, depends which exhibitions there are at the time being. But the restaurant is not as great and fancy as recommended, because the food/tastes does not meet the prices. It’s just like a usual restaurant, exept for the high prices, nothing special.
However, the service was very good though :)
Conclusion - there are lots of better restaurants where you can leave your money. Our experience was: “möh?” , done and will not go back.

Interesting exhibitions, but 17€ for a ticket is too much. OK the inclusivity, but this is not the Louvre.

I loved especially the Miles Aldridge photography. The museum is located in an interesting district with beautiful street art.

Visited just for drinks. Would not recommend. Food might be great but drinks and service were not.

Service seemed fine and happy for Estonian speaking people, but if You have questions in English the staff seems annoyed that You disturb them.

Might be our choice for drinks, but they tasted mostly for alcohol and didn’t offer other tastes. Drinks we chose were: Aloe Margharita and Berry Cosmopolitan. The Cosmopolitan was almost ok compared to the Margharita.

Exhibition of Miles Aldridge is worth of visiting. Powerful photos and beautiful and even disturb scenes. Other exhibitions were nice too even if more darker themes.
