Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely farm! The animals seemed well taken care of and had a lot of space on the pastures. Staff was friendly, especially a young man with darker hair who told us a lot about alpacas and their behavior. There is also a cute shop where you can buy high quality alpaca wool products for reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place :)

We visited this place 26. November.
It was a really interesting and fun experience.
A lot of different animals to observe, llama, alpacca, guinea pigs, sheeps, i think it was over 150 animals in total. We didnt bring any childres this time, but I'm sure my kids would have loved this.
The place even has a small shop were you can buy handcrafted products (made from pure alpaca wool of course)

What a lovely place, 15 mins from Pärnu center. Wonderful to see and feed the animals. The cafe is small and does not serve food. There is also a shop which sells warm socks, gloves and other stuff.
There are a few rules to follow given the nature of the animals in the farm and I would recommend that you do not visit the place with small kids who might not be able to follow the rules.
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a 2 hour old sheep. What a lovely experience!

The Alpacas and llamas are lovely, but the humans not so much and the dogs shouldn't be loose.
This was our second visit and we had previously raved about this taking friends and family along with us this time.
Our 4yr old followed the instructions about not running and being quiet and calm but one of the loose guard dogs snapped at him making him cry, the owners and workers just blamed us.
We won't be back

If you like the countryside, farm animals and fresh air - this is the place to go. A little outside Parnu, but a large enough area. Very helpful and friendly staff and alpacas :)

Definitely a must do in Parnu. Extremely nice and fluffy animals. The whole team is really kind and full of explainations. Peaceful atmosphere and beautiful place. Animals have very funny names as the sheep called Emmanuel Macron. A big thanks to the whole team for this experience!

Cute animals, but one employee's attitude to toddlers was terrible. My 2,5 years old kid ran and the lady ran 100m (it was fine for her to run) to us and yelled first at me and despite my apologises and promises to keep my eye on him better, she decided to yell directly at my kid and she also threatened him. It is unacceptable to yell at small children.
I won't visit this place again and recommend to avoid it if you have small children.

Parnu County, Estonia2 contributions
Hello
Thanks for asking.
From Tallinn you can take a bus to Pärnu. Some of the buses also stop in Are, but not all. It is ca 3 Km to walk from busstop.
From Pärnu the best solution is a taxi.
Or to rent a car in Tallinn.
