We were visiting this spa and sauna centre in the middle of January. You have 3 hours of relaxation for yourself. We liked it there very much, although after 17:00 there were so many people that we could not get a room in some saunas ( we came there at 15:00, so we have had our fun and could deal with not getting in some saunas again).
Altogether nice visit! Thank you!

We had visited Parnu for the first time and having a super time biking around, thought we should continue the good work and as weather a little unsettled looked to the Tervis spa....g
The cost is very little , for two before 8pm it's 8 euro each, for this you can stay as long as you like, swim, use several saunas and water massage. I hadn't used saunas before, but himself had so guided me through.
The juniper sauna was lovely as the salt ( ooh how lively your skin feels after) then Japanese bath and then water massage.....
You could pay a lot more for more snazzy decor but why are you here....it's good value and is great.
Children are well catered for as in all of Estonia, even little baths to pop them in when you're showering.
It was a bit disconcerting to use mixed changing but showers are separate, and there are single units to change into...free lockers.
In all we would return again...again.
If it's your first time bring flip flops as floors can be a bit warm!!

Big swimming pool and different saunas.

Good SPA with different saunas. Water in swimming pool is a bit cold for small children.
Mixed dressing room with separate private cabins. Very good salt sauna and hot water bath. Interior is not very cozy. Big complex for large groups. Nice relaxation after hard working day. Good for visit with friends or family at least once in winter time...

Entering the spa is very confusing if you are used to different locker rooms for men and women. The thing is that men and women share the locker room, but go changing in separate spaces along the wall of the unisex locker room. Be careful. or some flashing will occur for sure. The pool and sauna aera is quite ok, but in a state that will need renovation shortly. There is a bar, where you can get drinks simply telling them your room number wihtout any proof of that.... Not very professional and overall, not planned through the customer's perspective. Like in the hotel alera of this establishment - more efforts for the paying customer, please.

We stayed here for one night and had pre-booked a spa treatment. We were disappointed when we arrived and didn't find the staff helpful at all.

There is more than one recpetion to the hotel and everytime we wanted something we had to go to 'our' reception (including going to rent bathrobes for the spa) even if we were stood by another reception.

The room and spa were reasonable for the price we paid but I would spend more money next time as everything seemed to be a huge effort for the staff to do for you or to show you where to go.
