Wow, what an incredibly special experience Erik organised for myself and my two children (aged 11 and 12). We went to a quiet location with the stunning Tatra Mountains as our backdrop. We had 16 dogs at our disposal. We were first taken out in the sledge and then learnt how to control it and progressed to going out on our own. The dogs were amazing and I think they loved the experience as much as we did. Erik was extremely professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this experience to anyone who loves dogs.

We went dog sledding today and had a great experience. It was very well organised, and you feel that Erik does his best to give people the best experience and organises it well. I Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company. I organised the whole trip online, very simple and efficient to do. Highly recommended. Do it. You're in safe hands!

Being guided by Erik Sevcik in the low Tatra to spot brown bears was absolutely a stunning experience. The company of my friend and bear-expert Alessandro de Guelmi and Adelia from Indonesia/Holland made the day special. Erik is a friendly guy who gave us lots of details on bears habits and character. I highly recommend this guided trip.

We went snowshoeing yesterday and dog sledding program today. Both programs were just amazing! Erik met as near our hotel and took to places where the programs were happening. We had a good opportunity to admire beautiful landscapes during the journey to the tour location and also to know a lot of facts about Slovakia. Both tours were happening in very beautiful places also. Tours are private, so there wasn't any other tourists except us. Erik, the owner of agency Adventoura, is very attentive, competent and friendly, so we had a lot of fun and only good memories. In difference with other agencies, Adventoura does his best to leave only good memories and emotions!
Erik also took a lot of pictures and videos of us, during tours, so now we have a lot of materials to show at home :)
Snowshoeing tour was an amazing workout in a good company and spellbinding mountain view. Dog sledding program was very emotional because of the friendly energetic dogs and their owners as well as of the exciting sledding!
MUST DO! Do not hesitate, just book a tour from this agency and you will definitely get the maximum pleasure. I am even a little jealous that you still have to experience it :)
Erik also took a lot of pictures and videos of us, during tours, so now we have a lot of materials to show at home :)

Great day! We wanted to hike part of the High Tatra mountains. We had an excellent experience with a very knowledgeable, friendly guide, Erik. Thanks to Erik's experience, he was able to take us on a hike just right for our skill level. The hike ended at a scenic lake with a restaurant where we could relax and have lunch before heading back down the mountain. From there, Erik drove us to another scenic lake, which we walked around. Throughout, Erik pointed out information about the plants and animals in the area, history, and culture.
We had a wonderful day!
The next day we rode the ski lifts from Tatra Lomnica, another way to see the scenery. We wouldn't have done this, but Erik had mentioned it the day before. Spot on option!

We spent four days with Erik and had a wonderful time! If you want to explore outdoor Slovakia and/or its wildlife in any way, he is your man—he does it all. We were a group of mixed ability, and Erik found us outdoor activities that were doable for the older, slower member of the group (me) and also interesting enough for the others. But he is more than an outdoor guide. He was invaluable when we met long-lost relatives, expertly translating during the resultant intense conversations, and as interested as we were in what we learned. He helped us understand an outdoor museum and a dairy farm, and kept us on schedule while remaining flexible on activities. Best day: a hike through and a campfire picnic in the mountain meadow where my ancestors would have grazed their cattle; Erik’s local knowledge made that possible.

Erik is a lovely guy and really knowledgeable about nature and the mountains. Early start at 4:30 am and Erik spotted male bear 250kg and we watched him eating bilberries. A great time thank u would go again

I contacted Erik and offered my proposal to him. As this was our first trip to Slovakia, we wanted to enjoy some of the scenery, history and even work on our family history. We got all of this and much more. From the start, Erik stayed in contact with me, and we worked out many details prior to our arrival. Erik was punctual and his vehicle was clean, comfortable and with refreshments.
We drove from our hotel in Kosice, over the mountains and to our ancestral village in Eastern Slovakia. Erik gave us great history of everything we saw. He stopped whenever we asked; for example, to see the many storks in the villages and to take photographs along the way.
Upon arrival at our small ancestral village, Erik immediately engaged some local citizens and to make a long story short...we were visiting with cousins within minutes that we did not previously know. This in itself was worth the whole trip. Eventually we moved on visiting several other places and enjoying a lakeside meal.

Erik took us to a beautiful location with astonishing views of the mountains where we were met by a kind Slovak man who led us to the horse barn and saddled them up. The weather was perfect and the experience was even better. The cherry on top was the fact that we found a big deer antler which we were allowed to keep as a memory. Highly recommended activity!

Our family of five plus one friend thoroughly enjoyed our day of rafting with Erik. The river was relatively calm, but there were still moments of excitement. Fortunately, it wasn’t a serious set of rapids, as that would have been too much for our eight year old. The drive from our hotel was about 80 minutes, and we really enjoyed learning more about Slovakia and the High Tatras from Erik. It’s a fascinating and beautiful region, and Erik’s enthusiasm and pride clearly came through. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to do the other tours offered, especially bear watching or the more advanced hikes for me and my wife. We’re hopeful to get back to this amazing part of the world!
