We arranged for a customized one-day tour (just me and my wife) with Igor. We had quite a few back and forths via email and he was always responsive. We wanted to see a winery (close to famous Tokaj region), some culture and perhaps some pretty outdoor nature...stuff. It took a bit of back and forth as there's some driving involved and we were squeezing it into one day. And all that driving was perhaps a bit much (yup, mostly our fault for wanting to do so much), but I'll commend Igor for being willing and able - early pickup and only back by (?) 8pm because we insisted on getting back in time to catch a ice hockey world cup match on tv. We started with an hour or two walking around old town Kosice and then off to a winery - i forget which one - (Slovakia has a small slice of the Tokaj appellation and a couple hours drive from Kosice) and it was really interesting and unusual going down to their cellars and tasting wines with cheese down there - all the cotton-flower-like mould. It was a touch awkward as the winery guide was doing the tour in both local language as well as translating most (but def not all) into english for us. Then a couple of hours driving, passing Presov, and late lunch/early dinner at Spissky Salas, which is a large, very popular local place with a huge menu of local foods. Igor ordered a bunch of local dishes for us to try which we enjoyed a lot (lots of heavy foods). We then visited a nearby church which was most interesting because of the adjacent gypsy cemetary and the big tombstones with etched pictures (if that's the right term, but it looked like their pics etched into the stone). Finally, he took us to a natural park, where after a 30m or so walk we saw a beautiful canyon. Almost as interesting as what we saw on this busy day was Igor's own crazy quilt of personal life! Anyway, we did very much enjoy our day with him. Comparing to other rides/tours during our 3 weeks of traveling around the region, we did feel he was on the expensive side, but you should work that out with him. Definitely a solid choice for a tour guide.

My wife and I were in Kosice for the ice hockey for 2 nights and wanted to see something of the city. We booked the city tour and our guide was Igor. He was a lovely guy and obviously has a great passion for the city and it showed. We had a great time a learned a lot. Would certainly recommend Igor.
