Bratislava Segway team has been riding through the streets of our beautiful city for 7 years. Over these years we have established a work ethic, quality of service and a brand reputation causing customers to return to us numerous times. We believe that Segways are the best way to get to know a city as they are convinient, easy to use and absolutely hilarious at times. Our team consists of responsible young people who love a good chat, know every street in the city and will offer you all the information you need for a great visit. Our Segway tours usually consist of up to 15 people, however we can increase his number upon request. Apart from these tours, we also offer animation programmes and teambuilding activities for companies or private events, which turn out to be very popular. Lastly, we offer effective advertising on Segways, all information can be found on this website. We look forward to creating unforgettable experiences with you!.

Very friendly and knowledgable guide. The segway is easy to get used to and a perfect way of exploring Bratislava. We took the 1,5hr tour and enjoyed the ride and the information of the guide.

A great experience, very helpful company as we booked last minute. Great fun and learnt a lot about Bratislava. Our guide was the excellent Sofia (hope I got the right spelling).

It’s a nice idea, but once the novelty of riding a Segway wears off, it’s actually a very average tour. Our guide was nice, but just a uni student doing a part time job. They weren’t very experienced and didn’t have much material for us - if we didn’t ask questions, not a lot would have been said. I recommend hiring electric scooters and then doing a proper walking tour separately.

We booked a 2 hour Segway tour for our group of 8. Communication by email was prompt and convenient. Brilliant way to see the city, learn about the history and enjoy great views. Our guide (James) was very knowledgeable and patient. A must do if you're visiting Bratislava!

I wanted to do a segway tour in Bratislava and saw that they have options for cycles and scooters too. While I did inquire on a segway tour, I was not keen on paying as much as 40 Euro for just an hour. When I got to the shop the guide Karin said her boss Michal said I can only take the segway tour or pay a premium for the scooter tour. There was no one else at the time so not sure why I was being fleeced when they could have made some money rather than none at all. Whats worse is this douchr Michal has the audacity to call me a "bloody Indian" on the phone when I tried reasoning with him. I was disgusted at how narrow minded people can be. Hope people read this and ignore this ridiculous place completely!

However, it's essential to clarify that we have specific conditions in place for e-scooter and bike tours, which require a minimum of two participants to realize tour on e-scooter or bikes.

We recently did a City Tour on bicycles. This was great way to see the main highlights of the city on the first day we arrived. It gave us a good understanding of the layout and allowed us to find something to go back to the following day. The tour guide was a local student that had just graduated was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the city. We were the only people signed up for the 3pm slot, so it ended up being a private tour and we certainly got personalized attention. There were a couple things like the castle that I wish he would have spent more time on, but he provided a good summary of what we were seeing at each location. This tour is typically done on Segways but they do give you the option of bike, e-bikes or scooters. We opted for the bike to get some exercise in, which was fairly easy with the bike exception of the castle hill. I would not recommend anyone in bad shape get the bike and try climb castle hill. They do have good quality bikes, but this definitely is not their core business. Overall, the tour was a good value for the money especially since the bikes are considerably cheaper than the segways.

We did the 2hr tour as a family. The segways are fun to get round on and alsonthe guide was very nice really enjoyed the experience. Would definitely recommend

We had very bad experience with this company. Day before we booked 2 bicycles and one child seat. We confirmed our order also via SMS. The next day we called them and agree on time to come to the office to pick the bicycles and to do some cycling trip through the city. Nobody was waiting for us in the office. We made the first call - they said the lady will come in 10 min and will give us the bicycles. After 20 min nobody came and we did another call. They told us they will check and will let us know. After another 20 min nothing happened. In our third call they told us that they will send us the phone number to the lady and we should check with her directly. No number was sent to us. After another 20 min of waiting we tried to make our fourth call and the phone was ..... offline. No response the whole day. So we were waiting more than 1 hour in front of their office, in 33 degrees Celzius heat, with kids and wife nervous and totally pissed off. No bikes, sweated, tired and ruined whole day.
Thank you for the service, no more. Very unfair and unprofessional company.

Many people do a day trip to Bratislava from Vienna. We spent a night in Bratislava but still were not going to have enough hours to walk around much. This is was a good way to cover a lot of ground in short amount of time. Segway training was brief by our request since we were all already familiar. But clearly Sara (our guide) was absolutely ready to get in depth if needed.
Tour was wonderful. You get a LOT of Segway riding time especially in the gorgeous park. Explanations / descriptions could be a bit more thorough but that’s the only (slight) negative I can point out.
In other words, do it !!!
