The tower is historic, picturesque, and well-renovated. It's definitely worth seeing and walking through.
I really recommend going up the tower, you can buy tickets at a good price at the pharmacy a bit further up the street and the view of the old town, castle, and chapel is really nice.
The tower also has lots of information and artefacts all to do with the tower's history which was interesting to see and read about.
You definitely get your money's worth and it was just a nice overall experience.

The boat ride was enjoyable and Bratislava has some lovely views and squares, however, we found the people unfriendly to the point of being rude.

Tickets for this were bought at the Pharmacy round the corner. Which in itself is well worth a visit as it is full of bottles, jars, cabinets and drawers that once contained pharmaceuticals.
The tower itself has been very tastefully renovated in a simple style. There are several sets of wide, wooden staircases to climb to the top. Easily manageable by most people. The views at the top from the viewing platform outside are well worth the climb.

Somewhat interesting but not worth 5 euros. Liked the big wooden beams. Views from the top are also only ok. Interesting chimney pots.

Towering over old town, it is hard to miss this. It’s a beautiful design and well maintained. On the south side, is the bustling area of old town with restaurants and shops. On the north side, you have left old town and it is obvious – it's quite a stark contrast. We did not visit the museum portion, but rather just took in its fantastic view several times. It's also a great street for shops and cafes. Try out the honey shop for some mead samples and great products.

This is a lovely part of Bratislava.
Michael's gate is at the top of the street that has lots of interesting little shops and alley ways.
It really hums with activity at night.

St. Michael’s Gate is the last preserved gate of the medieval city fortification surrounding Bratislava, a 51 meter tower topped by St. Michael and the Dragon offering privileged views of Old Town.

Surrounded by restaurants and shops it is recommended to arrive early in order to avoid a crowd.

Nice street leading up to the tower and kilometer zero in the old town. There is a lot of restaurants and shops and bars on this street. There is also a lot of souvenir shops along this street as well. The street was still busy even though we there in February. Its part of the must see's when visiting Bratislava old town.
