Beautiful small church within walking distance from the city centre. Too bad we weren't able to enter the garden for the best photo shots

Beautiful and highly unusual church which is a short walk from the town centre. The blue on the outside is quite striking as is the inside, which is a similar colour. Up close, the detail on the walls os quite outstanding.
The opening hours are erratic and it seems to be most likely to be open in the early evenings. However when we went during the day, the door was open with a locked grate in place so we could at least see in and admire the amazing interior.

The design of the church is a work of art and pictures don’t really do it justice. It was closed when we visited which was a shame but we got a little glimpse of the inside through the windows on the doors, a must see! You should definitely take a look inside if you’re lucky enough to find it’s open.

Once you have admired the blue church with its extraordinary blue facade and blue interior all designed by one Architect, go and stand at the entrance and look across the street, at the yellow building opposite. It is safe to guess that this large school building was designed by the same architect and it has to be one of the most beautiful secondary schools I have ever seen. You will be looking at the back of the Gymnasium so I recommend you walk round to the front and look at it from the main street: It is an exquisite example of art nouveau design. Gymnasiums equate to English grammar schools and children go to these aged 16 or else they go to a technical college. Both routes lead to useful and respected careers.

This church looks literally like it is made of ginger bread, and it is so cool with the blue color, both inside and outside. Don t miss it! I never saw anything similar in my life. It is a short walk from downtown and totally worth seing. Check the schedule before going

Avery beautiful and quite original church. The outside is amazing, with blue roof and blue & white walls. The interior is nice, too. It's located outside the Old Town but definitely worth the short walk needed.

It’s a bit uncomfortable to reach, as it’s a little bit far away from the old town of Bratislava, but the long walk worths the visit. But… why do they call it “blue” when it’s “light blue”? Slovakian mysteries!

Beautiful Blue Church. Could be seen from Presporacik-Oldtimer by Tour4U on their Panoramic Tour. It is well hidden in by the Eurovea shopping mall, perhaps 15 minutes walk from the Main Square. Because of its surrounding, I give it 4*.

Nice place to see. The church was closed but it looks lovely inside through the glass door. Not sure it was close because of Covid -19 . Maybe I came on wrong time.
