Let me start by saying that booking the minibus was absolutely the best decision we made for our group trip of 12 people to Italy! Right from the first time we contacted Directbus to the last day of our trip, we had no issues at all -- clear communication, very fair and honest pricing, a spacious, comfortable, clean and safe minibus with a driver (Peter) that was a pleasure to travel with, and helped us navigate some of the most difficult roads in Europe. Every stage of our trip planning was discussed with Directbus/Fero and we received great feedback and advice to help plan some of our stays and to minimize cost where possible. Travelling overseas and finding a service you can trust to safely drive your family and friends is a challenging task, but Fero and his team made this the most pleasant and stress free experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone that is interested in doing a group self-planned trip.

We hired a minibus for a group of 12 during August to take us through Croatia and Bosnia. From the start, Fero at the head office was fantastic. Though he said they could definitely do the tour for us, he commented that it might be better to book with a company based in Croatia because it could be cheaper - but they were still there if we wanted to use them. I did actually look around for tour companies in Croatia - I found them to be basically the same price but with super slow response times and poor customer service. Despite finding a cheaper option, I went back to Fero to book with Directbus because they were so professional and accommodating. Through the next few weeks we had contact to discuss the itinerary - all of which was met with "of course" and "no problem". Directbus issued professional invoices and were super responsive. When it came time for our actual trip, Michal (our driver for the week) was incredible. Amazing driver, very fun and smiley, good English and always on time. If we needed to do something not on the itinerary i.e. food shopping etc. he was always there in a flash. Michal definitely became a friend by the end of the week. The bus itself was super comfortable and spacious too! All in all, we would 100% recommend Directbus, and I will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thank you so much guys!

Our group of 10 friends travelled throughout Northern Italy in September & October this year for total of 12 days. We used the Bus Direct service throughout the holiday and found the service excellent. The driver assigned to us, Michal, was punctual, polite and highly obliging. The 15-seater bus was in perfect condition and our daily trips were most comfortable. The bus was spacious and had ample space for our Lugguage, which was not inconsiderable - total of some 15 pieces! We highly recommend this service to anyone wanting a care-free holiday without the stress of driving.
