We rented a car in Banska Bysrica. Very happy with the car performance and the young man Daniel who did all the explanations and tips for us. We will definitely use this company again.

Best car rental company in all of Europe! If you are looking for a professional and reliable company, we highly recommend Rai. We have been using this firm for years and they never once disappointed us. All employees are professional, knowledgeable and all cars were always delivered on time and in excellent condition. Especially this year we would like to thank you for the upgrade you provided for us. We truly appreciate how you treat us and will continue to use Rai in the future. The staff was nice before the rent of the car. When I was picking up the car, we checked the car at the day of pick up, but we (myself and the guy from the company) missed to check the windows. Convenently, with all my care for the car, there was a damage on the window that could only be seen from the outside. Since we did not check at the pick up, there was no way to prove that that damage was caused by me, but they "checked" in a database and confirmed that the damage was caused by me... So I had to pay for the damage. It took 1 complete month for them to make the assessment and unlock the money for me. During this time the money from the caution was frozen. During this time, they changed their tone from nice to really arrogant and really bad attitude. Worst experience ever, I would not recommend at all this company!
