Pecs synagogue is really interesting on a couple of levels. The building in worth a visit on its own merits and then another level is the history of the local Jewish community in the 19th century and the tragic 20th century history.

One of few synagogues that can be visited, as it's only rarely used due to small size of local jewish community. There is also an exhibition on the 1st floor included in the price worth to see to learn the history of the local community.
