I do have a complaint. Seen the cathedral in the 50's and it did look magnificent but now with that horrible green-come what ever colour on the roofs?????

This necropolis is one of the larger ones away from Rome. It is the burial sites of Saints Peter & Paul. and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town, itself, is really nice; for strolling dining and shopping.
A very nice bright and welcoming church, lovely crypt where we heard someone singing, the acoustics were great. We also heard the organ being played. If you limit the number of church visits I would go to this one.
A magnificent church to visit. Apart from the beautiful interior, the ticket also allows access to the crypt and (if you are not afraid of heights), a climb up 133 steps of the south-eastern tower for a magnificent 360 view of Pecs.
