There are a lots of beaches where you can chill in the hot summer but Palatinus is one of the cleanest and biggest. Plus, this is on the middle of an island in the centre of the city. How awesome is that?!

Don't get me wrong, I love all of the baths but this one is unique and special in that it seems to be a local favorite which is fine. The water is the perfect temperature and all of the facilities is clean and modern.

They were promoting everywhere that Palatinus is welcoming guests in the winter as well so we gave it a chance. It got refurbished amazingly everything is nice, clean and decent, even the staff is helpful (which is quite a surprise in Hungary). The only problem...More

A place we found from a "mistake" when we were walking on Margaret Island. It is not very famous, but it surprised us that it was very affordable and well maintained.

I think they do close around middle September. But there are plenty of hot baths in and around Budapest.

Definitely not. You can rent a bed sheet and buy overpriced towels. As someone else wrote, bring from your hotel even if they ask you for a deposit
