The look from outside could be quite horrific but small and historic baths are hidden inside. The environment of changing rooms is quite outdated but if you are out there for something authentic I think you will be satisfied. You can bathe in 4 pools...More

Nice small baths in beautiful old setting. Cosy yes but not cramped or too busy. Strongly recommend. Recommend going during the day and especially if is sunny for the full effect of the light coming through the small windows in the dome ceiling. Go visit!...More

Besides lacking a large po, and being fairly limited, it is an exceptional bath with a very cozy atmosphere.

Very old baths, very small BUT this is the best. Cozy, not much people, calm, is not for child under 14 year.

It is all mixed gender which requires swimsuits. Flopping around in wet clothes is never comfortable. Many people now regard it as a party, instead of low conversation there is a lot of loud almost screaming which does not allow you to relax. The staff...More

This is a very old establishment that is quite old fashioned and slightly run down in places , a bit of a communist feel to it .However it's less touristy and smaller than some of the other Budapest baths , the pools are of varying...More

These baths travel you hundred of years ago . They remain original and they not attract as many tourists as the other ones in budapest. Maybe this is the secret. Also their prices are pretty cheap. We took the daily tickets plus a 20 minute massage...More

I don't think so you may ask but I think you need your own gear. Send him to Rudas where they are not needed. Much nicer place.
