BE CAREFUL!! ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!!!!

Came here for drinks and dance with my 2 other friends and we got scammed by the bartender.
First time we ordered 3 gin tonic and it was 5.000 forint or something, which is reasonable.
Second time, we ordered 3 shots, they charged us 6.000 forint or something, didn’t really check the receipt, we just paid.
The third time, we ordered 2 gin tonic and when I’m about the pay, the bartender said “7.000 forint”, and I’m like… “dude, whaat?!”. I remembered our first order of 3 gin tonic and it was only 5.000++.
So I asked nicely for the receipt, and I saw on the receipt it was also other drinks like cola, etc etc…. So I said to him that it isn’t my bill, and he said to me if I don’t want to pay, just go to another bar!.
I was pissed but didn’t want to ruin the night, so I just go to the other bar in this club, since they have like 3 or 4 bars inside.
This time before I order, I ask how much is it for a gin tonic. The bartender said 1.700 forint per glass. Me just like..”Oh ok 2 gin tonic please!”.
After a while, me and my friends just thinking about our second order, and daaanggggg!!! On our second ordered, the bartender also put some other drinks that aren’t ours!
I went to the security, told him the story, the only answer I got is “yeah I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know”
So we decided to let it go and just dance it out!
So for all of you, just be careful and always check the receipt before you pay!!

Terrible customer service!
Security at the entrance is very rude with foreigners.
Bar tender giving attitude.
I ordered a beer from the drink list he told me they don't have. I asked him what type of beer they have. He answer me “buy glasses if you don't see the fridge”.
His colleague’s facial expression was like if i murdered someone.
This place seriously has to think about the people they hire for customer service.

Great club with an international vibe

Great club for many different types of people who all want to have a good time! I went here before summer and I had such a great time, we met A LOT of international people from all over the world and the music was very international too from what I could tell. I will definitely come back here again !

Great party at the end of Pub Crawl

We came here with a Pub Crawl (Nightlife Budapest), and the club lived up to the hype! The party was great on so many different dance floors in this ruin club-like, hard-to-describe place, and they even gave us a welcome shot!
Only negatives are that we tried to go the night before too, but there was a long queue so we decided not to wait; and that they didn't take credit card at the bar.

International student in Budapest so been here a lot of times and every time I’ve noticed and experienced 40+ year old men bothering, harassing and sexually touching up young girls (18-21). Something needs to be done about this

Very unpleasant vibe and rude staff

Literally the worst staff I’ve ever seen. I'm an Irish person visiting Budapest for a few days and we packed up and left this venue after the service we received. The barmaid serving me threw a tantrum when I asked to use my pre-paid Instant plastic cups (normal in Budapest) and when I made light of her antics she said she wouldn't serve me and sat in a sulk on a chair nearby. We were the only customers in her entire section of the bar. The worst behaviour I've ever seen in a bar - pathetic. Also you're led to believe the whole club is free, but most of it charges before 10pm and then it takes until 11pm to get going. Cool spaces but really not worth the hype. Give it a miss and go to another excellent ruin bar nearby. This place is a load of rubbish.

We are people visiting from the uk. I have never seen so stupid people working together in the same club, from stupid waiters that dont speak english till security staff walking and pushing people in the dance floor like animals!! Very unprofessional people!!! It was an unbeliever experience,I still remember the waiter trying to make me pay more money than it was with the card machine!! He said that If I want to pay the exact bill it has to be by cash!! BE CAREFUL!! They are very cheeky!! Also another waitress threw the glass of drink that my friend just ordered to the floor coz he didnt understant any word in english and he got stressed!! It was just ridiculous!!! And another security guy wanted to fight with me after pushing me in the dance floor!!haha. What a funny people in there!!iI have Travelled a lot around the world and I have never ever seen anything like this before!!. RIDICULOUS!!

Rude cloak room staff

Staff in coatroom are room. 2 different places to use. First down stairs told they were full with space clearly available and told us to go to the top stairs. We went top stairs with cash only (understandable) we returned down stairs with more space then before and explain the case and staff replied (I don’t care and if I said no means I don’t care).

Drinks getting spiked

We came here thinking it was going to be a good club because of the different floors and music. First coming in the club the smell was unpleasant and the place was very dirty, the ‘techno’ music floor was very deceiving as it was basically horrible dubstep remixes of outdated songs, the queues for drinks were ridiculous consider they have 18 bars as the bartenders service was so slow and rude. Most importantly don’t leave your drinks laying about or always make sure you look after your drinks in your hands as it will get spiked, there has been many reviews that the security is strict but clearly not strict enough to prevent from people endangering others lives by spiking them with god knows drugs. I definitely would not recommend this club to anyone and think there are so many other nearby clubs you could go to that would be much more worth it.
