Well worth a walk along the riverbank, the danube is simply stunning. When light up at night, the building and bridges make for a inpressive view.

What a beautiful river this is! Walked along it quite a few times whilst Judy in Budapest. Boats go up and down all the time and just beautiful to see! Highly recommend:)

From the cruise point to the Budapest kaleti should be about 30 min by taxi. There are plenty of trains back and forth to Vienna. In July - August there was one every hour. However, the train from Vienna to Budapest was over... More
