It has some nice decorations and facility operate well but it needs little bit more variety and massages could be little bit better.

This place is a total waste of time and needs to be closed for serious refurbishment! It's chaos from the moment you enter, rude clueless teenage staff, confusing disorganised layout, completely unclear what you are supposed to do or where you are supposed to go....More

Fabulous day, but we probably picked the hottest at 30 degrees,so make sure you take flip flops because the ground is hot to the feet! The outside pool has a wave machine and there’s a small pool for children. The thermal pools inside are wonderful....More

Give this a miss and go to the recently renovated Rudas Turkish bath. It is chaos just getting in and gettiing changed - there are queues for towel rental, then you go backwards for queues for change rooms and toilets..... Overcrowded (eg 4 small change...More

Staff very unfriendly, and keep giving visitors conflicting information. All the areas need some money spent on it. The one way swimming rule in the indoor pool not great if not a strong swimmer. Also, if you're a hotel guest, don't buy a swimming cap...More

In the event I did not get the services paid for. Administration there was confusing, I was sent from 1 desk to another. Mistakes made with the booking A phone call to re-book was made, however Gellert Spa denied even receiving it.

I found the service unhelpful and the signage confusing to get around. Parts were a little run down and the warmest thermal pool (40c) is currently closed. I came away a little disappointed.

Visited here today on our holiday to Budapest. Can strongly recommend paying that little bit extra to get the private changing cubicle it makes a big difference. Also take your own towel ( just ask your hotel for an extra one like we did) and...More

I thought the hygiene wasn't good. For the price we've paid, at least they should supply shower gel to have a proper wash before and after using the pools. Also too crowded. Despite the prohibition, people kept taking photos without anybody from the staff stopping...More

Hi Sandy, I'd recommend a cubicle, they lock electronically, and I left my valuables inside it, but I'd recommend taking as few valuables as pos and take a towel! X
