Beautiful building - interesting exhibition

Lovely situation - past the outdoor ice skating park. Impressive building with quite extensive agricultural exhibition which gives an interesting insight into Hungarian history.

Don't miss this castle and museum, well at least the castle building. Behind Heroes' monument is a narrow road, cross over the bridge and on your right is a small dirt street that takes you to the castle, under the castle arch and you are there. The building is made in 3 different architecture styles and it really is interesting.... More

Walked through the grounds of Magyar Mezogazdasagi Muzeum; very pretty and beautiful architecture, however no more impressive than the rest of Budapest.

I will admit I did not go inside the agricultural museum iteslf, but the castle it is located inside is totally worth a visit. The architecture on the Vadjahunyad vara castle is totally worth it. This place is totally insane. It has samples of architectural styles from a dozen different castles somehow mashed together into something quite beautiful. Everywhere you... More

Beautiful building which houses a huge fascinating and inspiring collection of artifacts. Definitely worth a visit on a rainy day or in combination with a trip to the Széchenyi thermal bath which is very close. The tower visits and views were not really very impressive or worth it, especially after the wonderful view from the Fisherman's Bastion which we had... More

Museum is big so it is quite exhausting to see everything. You should concetrate on a collection or two (I recomend collection about Hungarian agriculture). When I visited the museum there was a collection about horses and especially race horses - it was great! Sadly not everything is translated. I also missed a recomendation how to go around. There is... More

The park is an adorable place to visit, the closest that you can get to the "fairly tale" Budapest. :)

A fantastic and beautiful place... A waitress told us that is a replica from a castle in Transylvania, territory that Hungary used to have since 1st World War!
