Some really cool art here. The only thing I didn't like was the vibe from the people - it kind of felt like a drugged up hobo zone. Some suspicious characters about - still, it was fun to explore.

Murals, graffiti, mosaic art, eccletic metal and ceramic sculptures in an almost circus like neighborhood with aquatic themes, sexy colorful images and displays.
Maybe we went with a different expectation. Although the Centre was open the stalls and shops were closed so this may have impacted on our experience. I was expecting colourful streets much like Argentina and instead got buildings covered in graffiti.
There are loads of great graffiti to see here, so very artistic and inspiring. This only requires a brief visit.
