Going up on the funicular, one encounters the old castle, now converted into a tourist attraction complete with a dungeon, a small museum, a large restaurant, and actors playing historical roles. A must see in Ljubljana.

There is some interesting stuff about the castle within but the highlight would still be looking over the wonderful city that is Ljubljana.

There is no parking at the top. The two ways to get up are via walking or taking the funicular railway.
