The canyon is fantastic, the trail is very good and comfortable. To avoid the crowd, come as early as possible in the morning.

Easily visited by bus from Bled, this is very crowded when a coach comes in, nevertheles still worth doing. Even better if you walk back instead of the return bus which allows you to walk through woodland and and very nice villages.
Great day trip even though it was raining. Our only concern was that you had to pay cash, they didn't have card facilities. From September there is no public bus up to the Gorge entrance.
