Beautiful and a great walk (also, there's a small waterfall at the end of the route). I would recommend that you come back to Bled via mountain path, it is very fun and the nature is amazing.

Be sure to wear good shoes, arrive early, and bring your camera. We had a great time as we walked along the river! Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot , well worth visiting but go as early as possible because it gets crowded. It is a long walk around it, (wear good solid shoes) beautiful photo opportunities.

Certainly worth the drive/cycle from Bled. A great afternoon out in the wild taking in Slovenia's spectacular scenery. The colour of the water is really something you won't forget.

The Gorge is a tourist magnet about ten minutes from Bled. The Radovna River has carved a deep, narrow and rugged gorge, that has been transformed into a tourist walk, with narrow wooden walkways perched precariously over the river valley as the river rushes over...More

This is a great hiking trail along the Vintgar Gorge. It has reasonably priced entry and plenty of parking with toilet amenities at either end of the trail

Had the nicest walk along the Gorges! Was extremely refreshing and really worth it! If there's one thing to do in Slovenia, I would recommend this! It's great for all ages! Was slightly annoyed at the tour guide that dropped us at the Gorges from...More

This place looked gorgeous in photos but when we went in March it wasn't as colorful. I guess because most of the trees didn't have leaves on them and it was too cold for animals to walk around. Still loved it

A great example of Slovenia’s incredible natural beauty made very accessable by a series of walkways crossing this natural gorge. About a 90 minute walk to the end and back, family friendly and well worth the 5 euros entry (cash only) The only gripe was...More

Yes you can. Have fun. The circular walk back via the church might be quite muddy as you go through the woods though.

They had told us that it opens at 8am, but when we got there at 8 it was already open, and the ticket agent said it opens at 7. If I were you I would go at 7:30 - 7:45.
