A very sad place to visit. Plenty of information about all aspect of the Jews in Warsaw even before the Holocaust. Sad to see some of the accounts of what happened but i am glad we visited.

Well done monument. Also the area is great. The new museum is fantastic both from outside architecture to the inside information. Also all the markers nearby - make sure you spend time looking at them.

In previous Jewish district was a ghetto in which in 1942 Jews started to fight against Nazis and this monument is a symbol of the past and the warning for the future.
This is a must see destination in Warsaw. Not only covers the holocaust/WWII period, but also for many years before the world and after. Brand new facility, nice restaurant/cafe
It’s a statue and there is a lot of history behind it which you find out if you take a tour not much info at the statue itself.
A powerful reminder of the horrors of the Warsaw Ghetto and the Holocaust. Made from granite which the Nazis imported to build their monuments.
As being said its difficult to grade a monument. It is what it is. I put the high grade for everything the monument stands for. The importance of remembering atrocities and honour the victims.
