Inexpensive to visit, beautiful building both externally and internally. Within easy walking distance of the Rybek and near the river. The Museum exhibits are limited, which I prefer, becuase I cannot do too much of looking at exhibits. There is just enough to be interesting. But the Music Hall and Dance Hall are magnificent. Dont miss climbing all the way... More

My Son started attending here and I enjoy the regular visits to Poland and Wroclaw to see him. The architecture is wonderful.

The Wroclaw University Museum is well worth a visit. For 11 Zlotys you can see three Exhibition Rooms comprising loads of interesting pieces from Wroclaw's German past, and you can climb the magnificent Imperial Staircase up to the Mathematical Tower, where there are fantastic panoramic views of the city. The highlights are, however, the two University Halls, the Leopoldine and... More

For about 10 zloty each we were able to see through one of the halls and admire the wall and ceiling paintings. The view from the top of the Mathematics Tower is a lovely bonus. Enjoyed this.

Based towards the north of Wrosclaw, the University is an amazing sight to see. There is also the Cathedral nearby. We stopped of for a drink at Motlya Noga which is an old prison nearby.

A great area to visit and explore. Beautiful architecture and scenery to take photos... Some unique sculptures to include one with a missing sword as the students cut it off! I guess it is an annual tradition....

Great Leopoldinum chamber, old corridors, mathematic tower with nice view on the river and the city, awesome lights on front facade after dawn, reflecting on Odra River. Absolutely 'must see' in Wrocław. Also the academic baroque church right next to it is gorgeous. And its one of the biggest and best university in Poland, so lots of students hanging around.... Beautiful high-baroque buildings curving round along the river. Still in use as a university so you can only get a glimpse of the elegant corridors with classrooms opening off them. The concert hall, rebuilt after destruction during WWII is worth a visit if only to stand where every world famous musician of the 19c has stood and performed, including Brahms,... More
