Dirty, really dirty especially in a place where there are showers. Black mold is on the ceiling. Horrible! Plus that shower does not give you any privacy. I was washing myself while somemen were trying to enter ladys showers...
People are SMOKING next to you on the roof; while you try to enjoy your hot pool!!! I mean...REALLY?!!!
Moreover I was with my husband, who is Swedish, and he couldn't do anything on his own, because no one speaks English, thank God that I speak Polish.
Sauna is for extra payment, for us from Sweden that was a shock.
People are SMOKING next to you on the roof; while you try to enjoy your hot pool!!! I mean...REALLY?!!!
Moreover I was with my husband, who is Swedish, and he couldn't do anything on his own, because no one speaks English, thank God that I speak Polish.
Sauna is for extra payment, for us from Sweden that was a shock.

Very good thermal Spa. Outside is thermal pool with hot mineral watter. Inside is many attractions, big pool, wild river... It is good place for relax. We warmly recommended visit this Aqua park.

It was a pitiful experience, certainly not worth the money.
There really isn't much to do unless you're a child, and even then, there's only so many times you can jump on the 3 working slides (the green and biggest, along with the exterior pool, were closed but you still pay full price).
As an adult, what else can you do in a place like this but rest? Thermal waters, jacuzzis, pool needs...
Forget it. Tens of speakers all over the place blast some unpleasant music but mostly screamed commercials in Polish, driving you crazy. In the outdoors thermal pools you'd think you'd enjoy the bucolic landscape, but...
They found it the best place to store 2 containers and park their fleet of trucks, immediately next to the pool, and of course, there are the speakers there too.
I can't figure out what they meant when they connected their amplifiers and speakers to a local FM station. Why not sure soft jazz for background? Or even better, silence!
It's a pity because you can see the millions invested and the potential of the plane with better management.
If the day is rainy, take a book and go to a cafe.

We ( + two kids - 11 & 15) spent 2.5 hr in total and enjoyed every minute of it! It was just enough time for us to spend at the attractions zone , thermal pool , balneology and slides.
The facility in total is clean, well maintained and very efficient.
A big well done to the water park management for a great entertaining water park.

Great fun once you reach the actual pool and facilities. But not enough parking space and we waited in a long queue, even though we bought the tickets online , so no use of buying tickets online because you need to wait in the same queue anyway . Not handy when you have small children .

We had an enjoyable couple of hours here. Outdoors was particularly good as it was snowing and freezing cold but the water was very warm. A strange sensation!
The outdoor jacuzzi is large and very warm but for ages 14+
Indoors it was very crowded with only 2 very small jacuzzis which were never empty. Out of the 4 indoor slides only the blue one suitable for younger children.
The reception staff are clearly not employed for their customer service skills. Even when speaking in fluent polish answers were short and dismissive of questions.
The wrist bands they issue are colour/ number coordinated with your locker in the changing rooms.
My daughter lost hers, when we mentioned it to the staff member on the exit turnstile she replied without looking up” Go back in and look for it or it’s 65zl.”

Great customer service. Everything was well instructed. The pool was cleaned. Amazing view of the mountain. Not crowded at all. Used the thermal bath. An amazing experience.

Great adventure bath right in the city. Water slides, children’s pool, jacuzzis, wild river and thermal pool outside. And a large sun deck with a magnificent view of the Tatra mountains.

We mostly visited it because of the rainy weather and having a small child. It is obviously not new, expected children zone to be a bit bigger (it was crowded on Tuesday evening), the water was pleasantly warm but maybe should be a bit warmer for kids. The best attraction for adults is of course outside pool which is like a big hot tub. Also a plus that chemicals smell is not in the air as usually in water parks.

I had paid for 1 hour then I went to use the sauna, the worker where I scanned my bracelet which they gave me when I entered the aqua park, was yelling in polish and I told her to speak in english. She kept yelling in polish and showing her finger to get out of that area. So then I went out and when I handed the bracelet to the reseption to leave the aqua park they told me to pay for the sauna and I told them that I haven’t used the sauna as one of their staff was yelling at me as I entered and I had to go out from there. Then she called the manger and when I told the manger the problem and told her that, we couldn’t comminate as she doesn’t know english she told me ‘So what you don’t speak in Polish’ and then I told her ‘So should I speak in my language then, in Maltese’. Very very rude staff.

Maksymalnie 2 dorosłych i 3 dzieci do lat 16.
