I went to this church a couple of times and it wasn't open. However I went around 10am and it was open. The interior is stunning with many chapels. The immensity inside is made even better by its dome. You can also go down the crypt.

This is a lovely and pretty church with many beautiful features. Maybe a little more sparse than some churches in Europe I have visited but still had many beautiful statues and windows. Would recommend popping in

Half way between Market Square and Wawel Castle on Grodzka street is the church which has some unique artifacts. Not always accessible but if you can make sure to visit basement with tombs of some famous people. Also if you in church take time to look at some of the in com memorable plates to see how far back you... More

Unlike some of the Gothic churches which can be cluttered with furnishings, this church is airy and spacious, recalling some of the Wren churches in London. For my money, this is the nicest church in the city.

Try to see/hear a concert here, the acoustics are superb. We went to see a small mainly string ensemble but it was a bit chilly!

The Church of St Peter and St. Paul is a magnificent church with dark wood and a lot of gilding. However, I went there expressly to hear an organ concert (for which there is a fee.) What they did was set up folding chairs for the audience facing the back of the church so we could see the organ loft,... More

Possibly, it is the statues that bring the most attention to the church. But like many churches and cathedrals throughout Europe each one has it is own characteristics that makes it worth seeing.

Krakow has many lovely and historic churches and buildings, and this is one you'll want to see, too. Outside, the statues of the 12 Apostles attract the eye. The interior is beautiful, too. And thanks to the wonderful acoustics, frequent concerts are held here. We were blessed to hear part of one during our (all too) brief time here.

This must be seen.Tranquil and beautiful and not overly imposing. Sit for a moment and reflect. Best entered either early in the day or just before closing to avoid too crowded.
