This beautiful church is located at the beginning of the Royal Way and is a stunning example of the type of churches you will find in this most beautiful of cities. A lovely exterior gives way to a magnificent interior with its beautiful statues and gold details and amazing alters. Although a lot of the church is roped off you... More

Another beautiful church of Krakow with lots of historical ties to St. John Paul II as his first parish. Lovely artwork and niches to pray.

This church is one of many many in the city of Krakow. It is as beautiful as are all of them. I have never come across so many churches just in one place before, for this Krakow is most famous. We visited hundreds during our stay and this is one of the larger ones. Excellent sculptures, ceilings, paintings and statues. The... More

This lovely church is well worth a visit, it is just past the Grunwald monument. It is very photographic, lovely altars, statues and monuments. It is partly roped off so you cannot go far into the interior but you can see most of it from the pews at the back. Well used by the locals and there is always a... More

Like all churches at Krakow, St. Florians is worth a visit. Impressive Baroq style, lots of golden angels and other things worth discovering.

Wonderful little church of the 16th century situated next to the much older 11th century church. There are some wonderful statues on the front gate and if you walk south from the main square you can't really miss it.

This is a beautiful small church located on Ulica Warszawska just to the north of the Barbican and the Grunwald monument. A fairly old church which is very significant in history for this area of the city and one of the oldest churches in Krakow which belies its more recent baroque styling. The church seems pretty much open to the... More

We love visiting this church as it is so beautiful. The exterior is lovely also. The main church is roped off but you can see most of it from the pews at the back. Always very busy as it is well used by the locals. Lovely altars, sculptures and paintings. Well worth a visit.

Each time I visit Krakow I try to spend time in some of the amazing churches. This is one that has many beautiful works of art in it and is absolutely beautiful inside.
