This museum was not widely publicized when researching our Krakow holiday, if it hadn't been for a mention from a friend we wouldn't have known to go looking for it.

A bit difficult to buy tickets, involved a bit of walking backwards and forwards but enjoyable.
The interactive boards were great and allowed you to choose your language so could understand what was going on! Interesting to see how the city had evolved over time.

We really enjoyed visiting this museum which is located under the Market Square. There's lots to see and it's well worth a couple of hours of your time to find out about the history of this fantastic city.
It was OK but nothing to write home about to be honest. It was clean and tidy. I would suspect it may be better for local people.

Enjoyed the past time visit to this museum . Some of it was meaningless and repetitive .
The highlight of the visit is towards the end of the visit when the underground history was discovered in 2005 .

I didn’t enjoy this at all. And I usually enjoy museums. I didn’t understand any of it, no plaques were in English. I’m guessing it’s the old towns foundations or something. Literally a load of rocks. For me it was a waste of my time...More

Hey. It's not in the cloth hall but in one of the doors on the outside of the building. You will need to book your slot online first and pick your tickets up on one side, then enter on the other (the entry is on the Cathedral side). From memory, there was a lift to go down into the underground area.
