Took part in Cracow City Tours' half day trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Driver (Conrad) was stellar, friendly, courteous, engaging. Had a lovely time getting to the camp and back. The camp itself was not a very engaging experience though. As other reviewers have said, the museum...More

We live in a world of change but the thing that does not change is how we treat one another. This tour demonstrates the worst of the worst and we had a sensitive guide to help us along. You cannot leave this place untouched.

The ticket purchases was really straight forward. And they had an employee standing out on the sidewalk in front of their Old Town office location to direct people to the pick-up location for the bus. The bus is very small and the seats are smaller....More

If you will be in Kraków book a tour that will take you by bus to Auschwitz and have a tour ready for you there. Try Cracow City tours, it is easy to book and they have many language options.
