The city has been completely rebuilt but the old style is breathtaking! Every building and scene in the city is picture-worthy. We would recommend the city to everyone!

Get prepared to be amazed by the well preserved Old Town of Gdansk. IT rivals any old town in Europe.

We visited on June 24 and 25. We entered at the Green Gate and strolled through the Gold Gate. A really nice selection of shops and vendors. A great place to visit and spend sometime. Area seemed safe and no issues

I had a great time walking the streets of Old Town. Shops, cafes, historic landmarks...it is amazing how this part of Gdansk was perfectly re-built after total destruction in WWII.

If you're coming into Gdynia then no. If it's midweek the cabs are very reasonable.
