No history of the Holocaust can be complete without a visit to Terezìn Memorial, the camp that the nazis used to fool the Red Cross about what was going on in the concentration camps, and without the moving story of the Terezìn children and their...More

We are happy to see you understand Terezin exactly how it was! Thank you for your interest!

Even after visiting Terezin, it is impossible to believe that humans can treat other humans this way. And Terezin was the model concentration camp where the Nazis showcased their policies to the international community and entertained visiting dignitaries in a hotel that is still in...More

It is a place where there were prisoners during nazism period and they were artists, cultural people and children. You can visit the fortezza and museum but the town too... It is possibile to see how the life was and their pain and scare.

Could have been 5 stars except for this: First, check your change! The ticket booth woman (older, plump, dyed blond short hair) deliberately tried to keep half our money, giving me change for 500 when I had given her a 1000 bill. She watched me...More

Good morning, I am very sorry you had some troubles during your visit of the Memorial. Yesterday and on Sunday the English tours started at 10:00, 11:00, 12:30 or 14:00, I am wondered if you asked at the cash desk they would certainly tell you...More

We heard about this concentration camp: but actually, it is quite different from every other because it was not under the rule of the SS and it was not a true concentration camp. It was a Fortress prison, as well as a Show camp when...More

Thank you for your visit but I would like to add one correction. The both camps in Terezin were under control and rules of the Nazis. Thank you.

Pavel Batel is passionate and very knowledgeable about the subject matter. This tour is very moving and an intense exploration of a very dark time in history. Please do not miss his tour.

Pavel provided a powerful tour. He brought Terezin to life through the stories he has learned from people who were there. This gave the experience depth and not a small amount of pain and terror. I am grateful to have had this. I wanted to...More

It was 1500 CKZ. They only take cash. Well worth the extra. No more than 8 people. You are picked up from your hotel and returned back there. We went to a restaurant to eat, but wasn't expensive.
