I went to see Mozart's Don Giovanni at this theatre. Didn't know what to expect really. I'm not a big opera fan but do love theatre so was open to whatever. I loved it! The opera is recorded and one watches marionettes of the characters....More

We went to watch Don Giovanni and it was truly amazing! The cast and crew are full of talent and I would love to be able to operate a puppet like they do and learn their skills! We researched the storyline beforehand as knew it...More

We saw this after seeing Marriage of Figaro (for real) at the Estates Theatre the evening before. It was a good show and worth a visit. Not cheap but sadly our experience was ruined by a child who kept talking throughout, whilst the parent clearly...More

Saw the Don Giovanni show. It is important to know what you are actually going to see. It is an Italian Opera that is pre-recorded and Marionettes performing that are worked by very talented people. It goes for about 1hr 40 mins with an intermission....More

Went there to see the magic flute! The truth is that the whole play was children oriented but that is not necessarily bad! Personally I liked this alternative of the opera and it was the first time I saw marionettes play! I am glad I...More

I was so disappointed with this show, not only because I had booked far in advance to see The Magic Flute, but also because I had brought 21 German students with me and I had purposefully booked to see The Magic Flute because I thought...More

I found this production to be magical and a highlight of the trip. The puppeteers give the marionettes such emotion and depth. I read the Wikipedia on the story of Din Giovanni so I could follow it. Absolute masterpiece.

Pleased we did not heed the recent ba humbug reviews. Maybe they lowered our expectations a little, but they are unfair. True, the puppets are not the fully mobile marionettes of the Sound of Music, but this is not Rogers and Hammerstein technicolour. It is...More

We went to this show expecting to see beautiful, expert puppetry. Instead, the quality of the puppetry was extremely poor - instead of walking, the puppets either floated or were flung across the stage. We started to wonder if the whole things was a send-up...More

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

Hi, what would you like to know about this attraction?Hi, I will bring 2 kids, 9 yrs old and 12 yrs old boys, come to visit Prague from 26th to 29th October. Will you be able to bring 3 of use to see the city, and introduce the best part of the city? I just want my boys to enjoy the history , culture about the city, 2-3 hours will be the best. Ideally it can be on 27th Oct. afternoon. By the way, will you be able to offer airport transportation service as well? We will arrive at 10:30pm by flight from London, and leave about 10pm from airport. If you will be able to do, how much it will be? Many thanks Annie @ London
