We walked past and wandered in. Should have carried on walking. This was not good value at all. The entire placed felt neglected and the displays had all seen better days. Should have listed to my internal antenna ... the ticket guy looked half asleep,...More

I was kinda interested in this when I outlaid way to much euro. This is a scam amd has very little to do with history and more to do with printing off wikipedia pages.

It's better to spend your money with beer lol. It's just picture from tortures process. Don't spend your time with it.

Very interesting to say the least! 3 levels of horrendous instruments used back in the medieval times. Second visit here and felt still just as squeamish as I did the first time

After all of the incredible cathedrals, art, and architecture in Prague, this little museum is a fun change of pace. I enjoyed the 20 minutes that we spent here. This museum show old torture instruments from the medieval and renaissance time periods. They are the...More

The dark underground setting of this museum only highlights the gruesome past of how victims of torture were treated. If you could think of a way of getting people to confess it is probably in here. There are presses to squeeze your hands and break...More

This place is OK, we were in there about 15 minutes. It says 3 floors so you think it's big but there is one room on each floor, and they're not very big. But it is quite good if you want something to do for...More

The only torture was how boring it was. Really not worth the visit. In and out in around 3 minutes. Poor information and historical value - a few printed sheets hung on the walls for visitors to read. Bizarre experience.

Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the
