Neighbourhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

    Worth checking out!
Pretty cool thing to see! It’s a bit hard to find so I would make sure you give yourself ample time. I was a little surprised there was a line to see it, but it goes by quick. We did it on a day where we wanted to stay pretty local within Prague 1 and it was a perfect way to spend the morning

    A must see tourist attraction!
Must see in Prague! Easily accessible from main old town square (Astronomical clock). It’s free to view. Highly recommend, only takes 5mins to snap a photo and a video when you get there

See the book sculpture if you are nearby
We stopped by to see the infinite book sculpture. The sculpture is located at the top of the steps from the entrance. When we arrived, the line started just inside the entrance and took about 10 minutes, maybe a little more. It is worth seeing if you are in the area. It is free.

You’re in luck! It’s great.

Lovely library and cafe also. Plenty of things to see and do locally too! Recommend seeing this if you’re in the area and have an hour to use!

Very cool but skip of line is long. Don’t get behind teen girls or you will be waiting a long time while they take the perfect selfie

Didn’t venture further into the library beyond the book tunnel but was incredible to see. Slightly difficult to find the actual library though.

The tower of books is a must-see for book lovers. It's just up the stairs in the front lobby... you can't miss it! We waited maybe 5 minutes to see inside the sculpture as there were 3 people in front of us.

Such a fun thing to see for those who love books. Really fun, although the queue took 40 mins to get in due to lots of Instagramers taking lots of selfie. (And why not, its awsome).

The "Idiom" by Matej Kren at the Municipal Library is a very clever and well made art installation. Intriguing to see.

Free entry and easy walk from the Old Town Square.
